Individual must have a proven records as a functional lead to give vision to solving the client PeopleSoft issues, map out steps to solve client's issues, be able to crate documentation that clearly explains your plan to solving problems, execute the plan within PeopleSoft, and organize necessary client and consulting team members to assist with the implementation plan.
