We are seeking for senior PeopleSoft Functional consultants for AZ
area. It is a 15+ months contract assignment and it is through one of our
preferred vendor. Could you please go through the below job description and
please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!!
*Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
Knowledge of:
· PeopleSoft HCM – version 9.1 and higher
· Implementing and/or supporting PeopleSoft Time and Labor
application
· Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, including FLSA
· Strong functional testing experience
· Ability to create test scripts and test plans
· Experience working in a highly customized environment
· Converting functional requirements to documented specifications
· Coordinating system/integration testing activities and
conversion activities
· Flow charting, data modeling, process modeling, form design, and
control procedures.
· Research techniques and fit/gap analysis.
· Methods of structured system analysis and design, and information
engineering.
Ability to:
· Analyze and document business systems and processes.
· Develop solutions to functional problems and transform abstract
ideas to easily understood procedures.
· Analyze and interpret research findings to prepare design
specifications
and process models.
· Develop and execute use case, unit-test and integration test
scenarios.
· Produce high-quality written documents in the English language
with clearly- organized thoughts with proper sentence construction,
punctuation, and grammar.
· Effectively communicate orally in the English language with
customers, clients, and the public in a face-to-face, one-to-one setting, or
group setting.
