Candidates MUST have knowledge of SAFe framework in order to be considered for Program Level. Candidates who can Standup brand new Agile teams, new trains and Candidates who can jump into existing Agile teams and help with delivery by mentoring and coaching people on teams. Company has its own principles on Agile i.e. what framework to use, technology, tools, etc. They need candidates who can align to Company principles and help move things along. Candidates with Scrum master experience on real projects is definitely an advantage. They need candidates who truly have been Coaching and Mentoring people on Agile, not just candidates who know concepts of Agile. Coaches are mainly required in the CT location but potentially lot of travel may be required. *Up to 70% travel.* You will be responsible for coaching local and distributed teams at the program level and support internal clients using a variety of Agile approaches in the context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Critical components of this role include detailed knowledge of the application of Agile practices and principles and experience with metrics to effectively measure: execution, performance, benefits and value. This position requires deep knowledge and experience with Agile and the ability to inspect and adapt thinking/ practices to various situations. Coaching stakeholders such as Release Train Engineers, Product Management, Epic Owners at the program level Standing up the program layer of initiatives (i.e., Agile Release Trains) and for providing agile coaching, training, and implementation. Using the Agile CoE assets such as agile training, playbooks, assessments, etc. Coaching teams on how to set up and leverage Agile project management tool (Rally) for epic/feature/stories and inward and outward reporting by actively engaging and contributing to best practices. *Required Skills/Experience:* 8-10+ years of IT experience. Prior delivery role (e.g., PM, release manager, developer, tester) experience highly desirable. 5+ years of Agile coaching experience, including $10MM plus programs with offshore and distributed teams. Excellent facilitation, written and verbal skills. One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO). SAFe certifications (SA, SP, SPC) highly desirable.
