*Position* * : IBM BPM Admin Location : Cleveland, OH* *Duration : 6 Months+* *JOB DETAILS *Experience and hands-on Infrastructure support of IBM FileNet P8 v4.5 and/or IBM FileNet P8 v5.2. Hands-on experience with IBM Enterprise Records (IER) or earlier versions of IBM Records Manager. Hands-on experience with EMC Captiva v6.0 or v7x. IT Infrastructure Experience and hands-on Infrastructure support of IBM FileNet P8 v4.5 and/or IBM FileNet P8 v5.2 Hands-on experience with IBM Enterprise Records (IER) or earlier versions of IBM Records Manager Hands-on experience with EMC Captiva v6.0 or v7x ( good to have) Perform product evaluation, selection and integration responsibilities Administration of both prod and non-prod environments Provide 3rd level support for complex issues and problems. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgment. Manage and design distributed platforms. Produce service levels consistent with current business needs and future requirements. Ensure the control, reliability, performance, and security of all distributed platforms.
