Role:- Genesys Developer Location: Richmond, VA Excellent Technical skills in Genesys CIM 8.x framework with implementation and migration knowledge. - Solid knowledge in SIP, INFOMART, Genesys Multimedia and Avaya VDN set up and Vector programming. - Solid knowledge in UNIX, LINUX OS level troubleshooting and , SWITCH (Avaya PBX), Verizon NETWORK level troubleshooting. - Expertise in Skill based routing, Verizon TFNM routing is needed. - Interact with the customer IT team and gather all the required information by asking the right questions - Make sure that existing contact center setup (Genesys applications) are up to the standard with latest versioning and provide recommendations working with Genesys Vendors and SMEs. - Softphone level troubleshooting and knowledge. - Excellent communication skills , Should be able to lead the team and mentor the offshore team during migrations. - Collaborate with offshore team to successfully complete the application migrations - Handles the issues independently and flexible to work over Weekends, Holidays and Shifts. - Co-ordinate with customer, product vendors and other stake IT Teams - Understand setup of telecom infrastructure for call centers – hardware and voice trunks. - Hands on experience in fixing Infomart related issues. *Kindly forward the resume @ *[email protected] *Thanks,* *Saurabh Kumar* *e-Solutions,Inc* Email: [email protected] Phone: 732.230.2677|| Fax: 408.521.0167 Address: 2 N.
