Risk management, issue and conflict resolution and communication *Skill Requirement:* Strong Project Management Skills Expert knowledge of IT systems development, including process mapping, budgeting and timeline creation. Preferred Certifications include PMP, CAPM, PgMP, and PMI-ACP. Project management practices, Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Familiarity of Clarity tool.
