We are looking for senior Workforce Management Manager for NY and NJ
area. It is a 12+ months contract assignment and it is for one of our
direct client. Could you please go through the below job description and

*QUALIFICATIONS: *
3 - 5 years of experience working in one or more of IT functions -
Workforce Management, Demand/Capacity Planning, PMO, Portfolio Management,
Financial Management, or Project Management.
• Ability to quickly assess the gaps between current state and future state
and build tactical as well as strategic solutions to address the need.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross functional teams
towards action/execution through influence and collaboration.
• Results orientated with ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results
through self and others whilst working to deadlines under pressure.
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends.
• Ability to effectively perform in a virtual team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Word, Advanced Excel, PPT is a
must.
• Knowledge of Epic (Clarity) or a similar workforce tool preferred.
• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management or related
field
