3. Business requirements gathering/documentation for building retirement
processes on portals (online)
4. Good understanding of retirement plan life cycle (i.e. various phases
of retirement plan)
Has worked on Agile
1. *8* or *8+* years of experience in *IT, Business/requirements
Analysis *and *Consulting*
2. Worked as a *Lead BA* on at least one of the projects (preferable)
3. Business/Requirements analysis for *Record keeping system* or in
*Retirement
Services *
4. Some standard retirement key words - *Defined Contribution,* *401(k),
403(b), 457(b) plans, Rollover, IRA *
5. Agile
