Expert on custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, Reports and dashboards 3. Extensive experience on designing customizations that involves Visual force and Apex (Triggers, controllers) 4. Experience in real-time integration of SFDC with Middleware / on premise application is a must 5. Ability to create technical design document 6. Experience on data migration using data loader 7. Experience in release management using change sets and ANT scripts 8.
