*Position: Scrum Master * *Duration: 6 months* *Location: Wilmington, Delaware(Locals only for face to face interview)* *Internal Notes:* MUST Interview onsite *Minimum Requirements:* *Roles and Responsibilities:* • Responsible for mitigation of risks, issues and ensuring dependencies within the portfolio are tracked and managed. • Supports the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion. • Develop and manage timelines for projects and ensure conflicts are resolved in a timely manner • Coordinate with other teams to manage cross-team dependencies • Collect metrics for the teams and drive improvement using metrics *Description:* *Skill sets required* • Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs; Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice. • Work with team and leadership to develop the long term Site Reliability Engineering road map. • Create a sharing and learning environment with process documentation. • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and information sharing. • Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments. Progress is monitored daily when problems are identified work with Team to develop corrective actions. • Recommend and implement the use of Agile metrics to provide feedback and monitor trends on productivity, quality, predictability, and value of Agile activities. Work with the team to manage the processing of incoming support requests ensuring effective and timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with other departments to ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved. • Track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables. Anticipate and address preventable issues that could impede progress. Adjust plans and schedules as necessary to meet changing business requirements. • The role requires the ability to stretch existing thinking / control practices in order to meet increasing regulatory requirements, whilst also affecting organization and culture change across a large, complex and integrating technology organization. *Required Skills:* • 6 years’ experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master • Management of more than one significant project at a time • Experience in any part of the software development life cycle - as Developer, Project Manager, or other • Stakeholder management skills are essential as the role requires daily interaction with a matrix of global key business/technology stakeholders and influencers. • Written and verbal communications with senior stakeholders and project teams are required at varying levels of complexity and detail. • The ability to facilitate complex change programs is required across multiple global organizations with competing priorities, to ensure consistency to BCUS control/risk agenda. • Has ownership for project timelines, deliverables, budget, and metrics. • Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders *Discretionary* • Experience with architecting and delivering end to end enterprise solutions • Experience building Dashboards, ETL • Knowledge of Sonar, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins or Maven, GIT • Cloud Technologies • PMP Certification Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *may...@teknavigators.com* <may...@teknavigators.com> *TekNavigators LLC* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
