Position: FileNet BA *Location*: Charlotte, NC The business analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business specifications for systems development and enhancements, investigating and resolving issues with our data and applications, and doing ad-hoc reporting. The person taking this position will work with both software engineers and internal clients to ensure that system solutions meet business needs. · Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Content Management solutions IBM FileNet · Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in writing queries (SQL and PL SQL) · Experience with Agile and SCRUM · Strong experience building, writing and executing test cases · Excellent communicator - Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner. · Exceptional strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
