*Position: Tivoli Admin* *Location: Austin, TX* *Duration: 2+ month* Skype hire Identify, analyze and resolve IBM ISIM, ISAM, SDS issues on various environments. ISIM data export/import into target environments to get it in sync with the source environment along with all the groups, enterprise roles, functional roles, application roles etc. Identify, analyze and resolve data reconciliation issues between the production AD and ISIM. Analyze/resolve potential issues with ISAM policy creation, enforcements, updates etc. LDAP synchronization issues between the source AD and 3 different directory servers which are for CP/NCP, SIM and SAM. Identify, analyze and resolve adapter issues on ISIM. Open PMRs with IBM f/up with providing details logs, data, and obtain feedback. Resolve issues based on their suggestions. Work with the offshore IAM team to resolve issues during offshore hours, as needed.
