Person should be very senior and have excellent communication skills JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Principal Software Engineer Grade: TD Summary: Investment Compliance Technology team is seeking a Principal software engineer to serve as a technical lead for the compliance product line development team. The Investment Compliance product line enables Asset Management Compliance team to oversee funds and accounts in compliance with a wide range of internal and external regulations in 50+ jurisdictions worldwide. Responsibilities: • Perform object-oriented software design and development in Java. • Lead, train and mentor developers both onshore and offshore on various compliance applications. • Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications. • Ensure quality in all deliverables by having development team follow best practices: structured and well-documented code, complete unit, functional and integration testing, complete technical documentation, and code that meet business requirements. • Interact with systems partners to ensure that the full technology solution is seamlessly implemented. • Work with minimal supervision.
