There is a Face to face interview Must come from Financial company *Title: Project Manager #16980 Contract Duration: 3 months + Location: Weehawken, New Jersey* Minimum Requirements: *10+ plus years project management experience overseeing large, complex programs for a global Financial Services organization. Theoretical and practical knowledge of standard project management methodologies, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and processes - with a demonstrated proficiency in industry standard tools (MS-Project) and techniques (work-breakdown, MoSCoW, etc.).* Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: 1. Strong PM Skills/ background – ability to synthesize complex information and present it 2. Analytical skills 3. Go getter 4. Knowledge of the business Bachelor's degree educated in a business related field Description: Proactive people, learn from the consultant. "Change the Bank" activies Challenge the processes and provide ideas to help make it better and improve o Lead the planning and implementation of project. o Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. o Define project tasks and resource requirements. o Develop full scale project plans. o Assemble and coordinate project staff, both direct and indirect. o Manage project budget and resource plans. o Plan and schedule project timelines. o Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. o Provide direction and support to project team. o Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. o Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. o Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals. o Complete project evaluations and assessment of results at close. o Data modeling and analytics o The project manager would be responsible for the following deliverables: issue tracking and resolution, risk identification and mitigation, managing the change control process, managing the end to end project plan and reporting out status relative to the project timeline, implementation and integration to production through training and communication with various stakeholders.
