Strong hands on experience in *Genesys Multimedia applications* such as Interaction Server, Contact Server, Email Server, Chat Server, Genesys Communication Server for Siebel *Hands-on experience on Infomart (Reporting).* Genesys Administrator, Configuration Manager, Solution control Interface, CC Analyzer and Hyperion Reporting environment *Genesys development experience* – Setting up environment, configuration, managing etc. Experience with Workspace desktop application *Nice to have:* Familiarity with Avaya Call Routing, Avaya Vectoring and *Genesys application version 8.0* and above is a plus. Integration to SalesForce.Com and other CRM systems is a plus.
