If you can find two different candidates, one with *Workforce Management
software experience as primary *with knowledge of SuccessFactors and the
other with* SuccessFactors as primary *with knowledge of WorkForce Software
that is fine too*. Critical priority is for candidate with Workforce
Management software experience as primary with knowledge of SuccessFactors.

Job Description:

We have a requirement for senior level Workforce (WFM), Time & Attendance
implementation lead. I’ve added high level requirements below, can start
immediately.



-          Background in HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance.

-          Experience with WorkForce system, ACT etc.

-          5+ years of experience in a HCM (Human Capital Management) lead
consulting role.

-          Create and maintain requirements documentation, work with
Workforce for all pre-requisites.

-          Configuration of system components and provide product and
subject matter expertise.

-          Logical and technical mindset that is able to analyze
requirements, problems and propose/ build solution.

-          Experience conducting technology training sessions.

-          Experience in implementing and training *Workforce Management
software* including Time and Attendance and *ACT module.*
