JD:

1.       Strong resource with excellent communication skills to interface
with Project stakeholders and offshore team

2.       Excellent Mainframe skills

3.       Expertise with Change Control Procedures and at least 4-5 years’
experience with Change Control management

4.       Assure quality deliverables by coordinating with offshore

5.       Run Cognizant Change Control Status meetings

6.       Learn and manage distributed side of change control and deployment
as necessary.

7.       Experience with working on a Mainframe Change Control Tool
(Changeman, Endevor) etc. will be a plus

8.       Resolve issues within team through effective written and oral
communication

9.       Coordinate and implement changes to processes with site leadership
and team members
