Please do not submit)* *SCOPE OF WORK:* *Analyst:* - Development of dashboards and reports to show various enterprise and business unit level metrics and associated drilldown details utilizing SAP Design Studio, Web Intelligence, Lumira, Analysis Office and other BI tools. - Functional and technical support of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Objects solutions and other enterprise business intelligence and analytics applications in the areas of design, configuration, implementation, testing, operation, maintenance, training, support and enhancement to ensure that they are reliable, accessible and meet the needs of business units. - This resource will provide training in BI front-end tools to both IT and business unit staff as needed. *Administrator:* - Review current architecture (set up and configuration) for both Business Objects and front end tools (Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence, Dashboards, etc.). This is to include the system set up and configuration including all connections to other applications. - Review complete Business Objects security design. - Provide recommendations for architecture (including front end tools) and security design improvements. - Create training documentation and provide “in-class” training for security and BASIS staff. - Implement selected improvements. - Upgrade sandbox, development, quality assurance and production Business Objects systems from version 4.1 to 4.2. - Install SAP Lumira and provide the necessary security for the application. - Update all Business Objects runtime versions to current. - Update Security design document in reflect improved security design. - Configure the Business Objects auditing tool. This is to include the deployment of the Auditing Universe and the associated reports.
