This is a 12-24 month contract.

*Sharepoint Online - Office 365 is a must for this position.  *

*Description:*

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Meets with project teams to document requirements to
design Sharepoint solutions based on the approved model*, build prototypes,
solicit feedback, iterate solutions, oversee UAT of the solutions, and
deploy into the business area.

Design and development of no-code solutions including:

Position is responsible for maximizing the use of SharePoint's no-code,
out-of-the-box functionality to design and build creative solutions
focusing on:

publishing content on template-based pages through lists and libraries

management of documents, tasks, project deliverables

search and reporting

simple workflows and process automation

social collaboration

business intelligence

Business analysis for customized solutions including:

Understand and analyze existing problems and needs of technology agnostic
business users and then translate them to technical requirements for the
development team.

Manage the delivery of regional initiatives and solutions while adhering to
the global service delivery model.

Participate in the prototyping, change management, user acceptance testing,
and feedback solicitation.

Maintain frequent, timely communication with the users on the status of the
deliverables.

Support and Training including:

Monitor regional and global support queues with primary responsibilities
towards the regional queue; troubleshoot issues and providing timely,
accurate responses.

Deliver SharePoint training based on the established global curriculum to
end users and site administrators.

Direct users to available training materials and coach them towards the
maximization of self-service.

Organize community meetings and workshops to promote SharePoint adoption,
community ownership and to supplement training.

Migrate content from legacy portal and SharePoint sites to Office 365.

Consultation including:

Participate and lead regular governance councils to develop and maintain
best practices and optimal guidelines for SharePoint use.

Serve as the regional point person/ SME for other Office 365 initiatives
and integration projects.

Serve as the back-up resource for global projects to provide coverage.



Job Specifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in *SharePoint *with on SharePoint Online/
Office 365 experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis

Experienced in implementation and management of SharePoint-based intranets
or content management systems

Knowledge of managed metadata, term sets, taxonomy, content types,
workflows, forms, validation, permissions management, site collection
administration functionality is required

Must have the ability to work comfortably in Waterfall and Agile
methodologies – scrum

Prior experience in implementation of retention and records management a
plus

Experience in integration of SharePoint with Yammer; OneDrive, Delve a plus

Demonstrated ability to work with matrixed, multi-cultural,
multi-geographic teams

Demonstrated commitment to customer service,  ability to manage multiple,
simultaneous projects, strong analytical and problem solving skills,
creativity, excellent interpersonal communication and relational skills,
good organizational and project management skills
