*Title:* Sr. SAP ABAP HCM Programmer
*Location:* Philadelphia, PA
*Interview:* Phone and Face to Face or Skype
*Duration:* 6+ months
*Required Skills: *
- SAP ABAP development experience with HCM module preferably Payroll and
Time & Attendance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Object Oriented ABAP, Web
Dynpro ABAP, Infotypes, Module Pool, User Exits, Enhancements and
Interfaces(WebServices, ALE/IDOC).
- Proven hands-on experience in all stages of system development
efforts, including requirement definition, design, development and testing;
- Able to communicate effectively with team members.
*Preferred Skills (good to have):*
- Experience in HANA backend
- Knowledge on Workflow, SAPUI5, NetWeaver Gateway, Fiori, HANA Cloud
Platform, and Adobe Interactive Forms
- Understanding of HCM configuration or experience in functional HCM role
- Experience in web development using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/XML,
MVC framework will be a plus
- Prior experience of working with any cloud based HCM application will
be a plus
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and Design business applications while following naming and
technical standards set by Cardone.
- Support and Collaborate with team members in the testing of SAP
programs and applications
- Provides SAP support including analysis, development, testing,
tracking and resolution
- Analyzes requirements and develops computer programs by performing
the following duties
- Writes and maintains technical specifications.
- Writes and maintains documentation to describe program
development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
- Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others
- regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs.
- Trains end users or technical support staff to use programs.
- Monitors performance of programs after implementation.
- Other duties as assigned
