I have an urgent requirement below, please go through it and share your updated profile ASAP at *a <[email protected]>[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Reporting BA* *Location:* Minneapolis, MN *Duration:* 6+ Month Reporting BA - in depth experience within reporting (SQL, Excel, and Access). Reporting Business Analyst MS Access: Writing queries, understanding formatting (joining fields must have matching format), knowing when to use different types of queries, building forms/UI's MS Excel: Vlookups, pivots, if statements, text formulas, conditional formatting, able to perform research (i.e. syntax usage). Preferred: VBA, GetPivotData SQL: strongly preferred Requirements: • Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Access and Excel. • Experience building and producing reports based on the needs of the business partner/client. Creation of pivot tables, etc. This position is primarily responsible for measurement/metrics development and results reporting on programs, events and implementation initiatives. Responsibilities • Analyze complex business issues; incorporate company and industry knowledge, mathematical and technological expertise, and sound analytical processes. • Use data from a variety of sources to report on and measure success of a program, initiative or training event. • Create/prepare reports ensuring accuracy and appropriate report design. • Manage multiple relationships across the organization and serve as the main point of contact to answer reporting questions. • Be responsible for resolving reporting issues as they arise. • Analyze the reports you produce identifying key trends in the data, answers to business questions, and issues and/or opportunities for future improvements. • Present results of analysis and/or recommendations to business owners/partners. Required Qualifications • Attention to detail and strong prioritization and organizational skills. • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling, with associated technology applications. • Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Access and Excel. • Experience building and producing reports based on the needs of the business partner/client. • In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with ability to articulate these processes to others. • Proven project management skills; ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a drive toward flawless execution. • Excellent relationship and communication skills to effectively partner with and influence business partners on recommendations from report analysis. Preferred Qualifications • College degree or equivalent.
