Proficient at writing high quality & well documented Use Cases / Requirements 2. Proficient at creating accurate functional test cases & data 3. Proficient at documenting complex problems hands-on 4. Proficient at leading small defect/enhancement test & UAT cycles 5. Proficient at soliciting and refining business requirements with business and technical stakeholders 6. Must be able to produce high quality documentation for project deliveries 7. Must be comfortable actively participating in meetings with technical & business teams 8. Must be motivated and be able to work independently with minimal direction 9.
