*Business Analyst*

*TASKS:*

-Coordinating meetings with developers and business users.

-Quality assurance testing of development work.

-Create test scripts for user acceptance testing.

-Oversee the project plan and maintain velocity of the milestones/deadlines.

-Documentation of training guides and manuals.

-Additional projects as requested by the manager or director.

-The Business Analyst – Mid position will be part of the Data Enablement
Solutions (DES) team.

-It is highly preferred that this candidate have SHARES (HP) experience.

-It is also preferred that the candidate have airline industry experience
and have working knowledge of PNRs, Tickets, Baggage, etc.

-The BA will need to have strong experience in working with data.

-The BA shall be proficient in SQL and working with data.

-The BA will be responsible for translation business requirements into
technical requirements.

-The BA will have a big responsibility in the testing of the software
solutions.

-The BA will need to create test data, test the applications and validate
the testing results.

-The BA will need to create complex workflow models and process maps.

-The BA will also be responsible for data mapping.

-The BA should be a self-starter and be able to map data from one schema to
another with little or no documentation.

*SKILLSET:*

-Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree and possessing 8 or more years’
experience in implementation of large scale critical projects.

-Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed plus having
attention to details.

-The ability to capture, organize and analyze information.

-Excellent communication and written skills in English.

-Proven interpersonal skills.

-High level of expertise in MS Office programs and Sharepoint.

-Extensive knowledge and use of MS Outlook.

-Use case creation, strong communication and writing skills, must have
technical writing capability. -Strong system analysis and ability to 'speak
to the business' is required.

-Knowledge of TFS required.

-Must be a team-player and thrive in collaborative sessions with the
department to create the documentation required for this effort.

-Experience with Data Mapping, SQL, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Microsoft
Team Foundation Server.
