The candidates Must:

   1. *Be US citizen / Green Card / EAD*

*Interview:* 1st phone technical screening; 2nd F2F

*Duration:* 1+ year contract with possible 1yr renewals

*Required:*

   - Modern C#/.NET development
   - .NET web stack, MVC, Web API
   - HTML5/CSS3
   - JavaScript and jQuery
   - Strong OO design skills with the ability to apply design patterns
   correctly
   - Modern SQL Server/T-SQL programming
   - Entity Framework
   - IoC and DI, knowing when/how to apply it
   - Agile with Kan ban development methodology



*Desired:*

   - ASP.NET vNext
   - Entity framework 6 but can upgrade to version 7.0 in future.
   - MVC 6
   - Extensive experience in strongly-opinionated modern JS frameworks,
   AngularJS, ReactJS, etc…
   - Dapper/ADO.NET Code generation
   - Deep knowledge of modern web security best practices
   - Multi-year development experience on enterprise systems
   - Experience with motor vehicle/transportation/finance software systems



*All the above “Desired”echnologies are pretty new so it's not mandatory to
have working experience in them but good have a minimum knowledge about new
features. *



Some red-flags I’ve been seeing that we are hoping to avoid:

   - Switches jobs every few months, no long term stability on a single
   project
   - Web development experience in other technical stacks with only a
   cursory knowledge of .NET
