Job Title :Senior Data Analyst , Location: Memphis, TN Duration: 12 Months Position: Contract Interview: Skype Job: *experience of particular importance: Data Analyst roles working with complex databases & unstructured data, analytical, QA/testing checks on data, SQL/MS SQL, Oracle DB/EDW, Tableau, R, MS Access/pivot tables, TeraData, Visual Basic, and must have good communications.* · Mgr considers this a Data Analyst role – her VP refers to it as a Customer Experience Engineer, and her Director calls it a Data Science Business Intelligence (BI) role. Contractor will be working with and extracting large amounts of data related to external customers’ experiences with company. · The goal is for “*solid data to drive the customer strategy*” by providing mgmt reports so operational decisions/changes can be made to improve the customer experience – they currently don’t capture enough needed data to ultimately determine why customers stop using their services or what could be done to get business back, etc. · Critical experience requirement – responsible for writing queries & code to extract data from Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) & SQL databases, and performing QA checks on the data. · A ‘plus’ – experience working with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systems would be great.
