These are mid to senior level positions that are contract to hire (requiring citizen, GC, or approved I-140). This has been designed as a web based solution combined with rich analytics which brings transparency to quality measurement, diagnosis coding, risk and engagement/campaign metrics and performance analytics. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them * Strong hands-on experience with Java; full stack development * Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business * Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences * Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software, and enhances existing components to ensure that software meets business needs * Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions issues and plans to technology leadership * Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will enhance team velocity * Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems * Work with a team of software engineers for one or more Agile scrum teams assigned to work on the project * Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and software engineering best practices to junior software engineers * Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the scrum team * Estimate engineering work effort for engineering team and effectively identify and prioritize the high impact tasks * Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security and scalability and maintainability guidelines To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting. *Required Qualifications:* * 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience * 5+ years of experience working as a Java developer * 5+ years of experience developing applications using databases such as Oracle or SQL Server * Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Eclipse, Hibernate, and JUnit * Experience designing applications for scalability and high concurrent performance *Preferred Qualifications:* * Healthcare industry experience * Extensive SQL skills * Hands-on experience with AngularJS * Agile experience * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *may...@teknavigators.com* <may...@teknavigators.com> *TekNavigators LLC* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
