*Responsibilities: *

 -Provides technical, business, and administrative direction for personnel
performing software development tasks, including the review of work
products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user
standards, and for progress in accordance with project schedules. Eight
years of experience is desired.

 -Eight plus years of Professional IT Experience in ERP and Client/ Server
Applications including Implementation, Customization, Upgrading,
Maintenance and Production Support of PeopleSoft Financials.

 -Extensive experience in gathering requirements, designing business
processes and writing functional as well as technical specifications.

Experience in identifying process improvements, Fit gap analysis, end user
presentations and training. Experience in Data Modeling, developing
Activity diagrams and Documentation using Rational Rose and Visio.
Experience in PeopleSoft Help Desk Support.

 -Experience in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture and Open Integration
Technology tools Application Engine, Component Interface and Integration
broker. Extensively worked in developing and customizing pages, components,
Component Interfaces and menus using Application Designer and peoplecode.

 -Proficient in the use of PeopleSoft online and batch development tools,
with significant database experience (Oracle,DB2 and SQL Server).

 -Excellent Analytical, Organizational, Interpersonal and Communication
skills. Ability to manage projects, provide solutions from a functional and
technical perspective meet deadlines, build client rapport and to be a team

·        Current environment is this or higher: Psft HCM 9.2.016, PTools
8.54.19 and Financials 9.2.13, PTools 8.54.19.

·        Build / develop / configure additional features into PeopleSoft
HCM where security is an integral part of the solution.

·         Provide technical expertise to *resolve issues that the Finance
and HR Division project resources encounter.*

·         Provide technical expertise to *resolve security issues
encountered by the functional security administrators.*

·         Develop a working strategy for combining three PeopleSoft Tax
Updates together using the new Oracle PUM tools.

·        Environment: Linux Red Hat v6, Oracle Databases v11g/12c, Windows
2008.



*Position Requirements*

Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Management Information Systems, etc.) preferred or equivalent experience in
information systems
7 or more years experience in software development and support in web
environments
Knowledge of financial services industry a plus
