Constantly interacting with vendors to understand their resource requirement. Hands-on experience working with the mid-clients/prime vendors, implementing partners. Excellent negotiation skills Ability to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of US visas and work authorizations like, F1 (OPT,CPT), H-1B, EAD, GC, Citizen, etc Well versed with corp-to- corp, contract-to- hire, and full time positions.
