Client is seeking to hire a *Change Management Consultant* for our Desktop
Transformation Initiative.  This initiative aims to deliver a modern end
user compute experience that is more secure, faster and more reliable.  The
initiative includes projects related to Desktop Computing, Desktop Support,
and O365.  The ideal candidate should have experience with Office365
migrations, including mail, Identity provisioning, Active Directory,
OneDrive, and Office365 Pro Plus deployments.  In addition, this candidate
will have proven experience in change management activities for large
desktop modernization projects (40,000+ users across multiple
departments/organizations).



*Responsibilities and Duties Include:*

·         Plan, develop and implement strategic change management,
including stakeholder engagement and internal and external communications,
to support and promote the IT Modernization implementation that involves
significant business process change across the organization.

·         Design, develop, and implement change plans designed to address
organizational and technical change impacts; drive identification of
stakeholders/audiences and needs (on internal, external and individual
project basis) designed to help minimize the impact to the business.

·         Drive and analyze senior management needs, implement strategic
communications and change tactics that support and promote the program.

·         Drive effort to gather requirements and recommend solutions for
complex change management & communication needs.

·         Design, develop and deliver successful change plans, tactics and
communication mechanisms, messages, materials and tools to address internal
organizational needs and expected impacts.

·         Manage and coordinate project-related events to promote awareness
where required, working with administrative support, including project
phase launch and milestone completion events, periodic team meetings, brown
bag lunches, etc.



*Qualifications: *Include a detailed description of the experience and

·         Bachelors’ Degree in business, computer science, journalism,
marketing communications, or related discipline.

·         4+ years of experience in Information Technology

·         4+ years of Project Implementation and/or Change Management

·         Extensive experience in change management & communication
methodology, with proven results

·         6+ years of professional communications or closely related
experience

·         Experience migrating different business units to single, Office
365 environment (preferred)

·         Knowledge of Microsoft’s entire cloud suite including Office,
Skype for Business, SharePoint and OneDrive (preferred)

·         Familiarity with organizational change management including end
user training.

·         Change management certification or designation a plus.  Ability
to:

·         navigate complex organizational change

·         quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express
them in clear language

·         design, develop and implement both strategic programs and
supporting tactics

·         Proven ability to lead others in teams for shared results

·         General knowledge of IT systems

·         Demonstrated balance of strategic and detailed tactical thought
processes

·         Proven project management experience across a broad or complex
organization

·         Proven record of successfully managing and delivering significant
business changes, with particular knowledge of change practices

·         Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization, with
excellent downward, lateral and upward written and verbal communication
skills

·         Ability to drive business requirements definition and
requirements gathering.

·         Demonstrated leadership in problem analysis and solution
recommendation capabilities

·         Very strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.



*Top Three Technical Requirements:*

·         Extensive experience in change management & communication
methodology, with proven results
