•    Senior Developer/ Team Lead will be responsible for developing/
technically leading the software projects through all stages of the life
cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design,
development and acceptance testing.

•    Experience with Insurance domain

•    Must have good analysis or problem solving skills

•    Must have good communication skills

•    Must have an ability to work to deadlines

•    Experience working on onsite offshore model

•    Proficient in technical documents like HLD,LLD
