*Location: Philadelphia , PA* *NetApp Engineer* * Interview: Phone and in-person* Duration: 12+ months *Must have customer relationship experience:* ● Be part of a 24x7 storage support team with local and remote office team members. ● Provide storage provisioning (NFS and iscsi), storage decommissioning, migration. ● Administer NetApp FAS with current version ONTAP (7-mode and Cluster mode) management console; DataFabric Manager (DFM); Operations Manager and command line interfaces. ● Provide and lead storage troubleshooting and tuning to meet customer requirements. ● Analyze storage monitoring and alerting, taking proactive action on events to avoid outages. ● Participate in storage “War Games” with customers to determine configurations and optimum architecture for their application requirements. ● Work within the SRE team to support storage capacity management. ● Work closely with customers for incident management and production support. ● Add, modify, upgrade, manage NetApp hardware and software ● Apply pertinent Security Technical Information Guides (STIG) as appropriate in coordination of Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures ● Create, modify, troubleshoot, manage Snapshots/Snapmirrors.
