Log message:
Only call 'utf8_get(&c)' if 'c & 0x80'.
Added 128 "fast keys" to tree code,
it's an array of values for a faster lookup of keys 0 - 127.

These two optimizations should increase DrawString performance on slow
machines (even on my Celeron 533 with Matrox G400: 374 -> 395 KChars/sec).
