Adjust volume by 10% when DIKC_VOLUMEUP or DIKC_VOLUMEDOWN is pressed.
Do maximum zoom (as with "M") on DIKC_ZOOM.
Toggle play/pause on DIKC_PLAYPAUSE.
Toggle fullscreen/interface on DIKC_I.
