Wrote render functions for flat/smooth shaded,
depth buffered/unbuffered triangles optimized for RGB16.
Doubled performance of df_gears on my system.

Wrote render function for not depth buffered, not clamped, nearest scaled
perspective correct, rgb textured triangles in replace or decal mode
optimized for RGB16.
30% frames per second increase in an old game I tested.
