- gridwindow is cleard on initialization
- changed version number to 0.2
- fixed configure warning message when no font was specified
(--with-japanesefont instead of --with-japanese-font)
- it is possible to change KANAWIDTH and KANAHEIGHT in dfbkana.h, the size
of everything will change. (TODO: resize at runtime)
