Readded code to respect the GDK_INCLUDE_INFERIORS GC flag when calculating
the clipping region. I had accidentally removed it.
Invalidate the whole window when a DWET_SIZE event occurs.
If a window uses GDK_PARENT_RELATIVE_BG but the parent has no bg_pixmap
set, use the parent's background color.
