Log message:
Always use gdk_directfb_draw_rectangle() to clear the window background.
Create a suitable GC if a bg_pixmap is set.
Implemented GCTile filling in gdk_directfb_draw_rectangle() and correctly
use the tile/stipple origin offset for GCStipple filling.
