Log message:
Added option "dont-catch" followed by a comma seperated list of signals
that won't be caught by DirectFB's signal handler.
Removed all takeover/transfer stuff from arena.
Added 'emergency' indicator to exit functions of arena.
Added 'emergency' indicators to all deinit/leave functions.
