New straight forward keyboard handling building a keymap from that of DirectFB
via IDirectFBInputDevice::GetKeymapEntry(). Remaining problems are resolved now:
Can press Meta-% in XEmacs for replace ;) GTK 2.0 apps don't crash anymore ;-P
All Latin-1 characters working now, the keymap is looking like a PC keymap now.
