Use unsigned int for Unicode glyph indices.
Added DSFT_BOTTOM to DFBSurfaceTextFlags.
Fixed bug in IDirectFBFont::GetGlyphExtents.
Made IDirectFBFont::GetGlyphExtents() and IDirectFBFontGetKerning() fill
in zero values if the glyph isn't found and return DFB_OK.
