Replaced colorkeyed.png with a GIF version. Better since we test the
GIF provider this way and can use the provided colorkey.
Made dest a subsurface of the primary in case it is the same surface.
That way the primary always has it's own state independent of the
destination surface used for the benchmarks.
Call GetAccelerationMask() on the dest surface, not on the primary.
