Log message:
Implemented additional config file loading for each application.
E.g. running "df_dok" or "/foo/bar/df_dok" will look for config files
"/etc/directfbrc.df_dok" and "~/.directfbrc.df_dok".
'no-hardware' now only disables acceleration, but driver is loaded and
additional layers are used.
