various build fixes for non linux systems
- disable ppc asm on darwin and openbsd
- do not build dfbsummon and fusion_bench on non linux systems
- add -I/sw/include to CPPFLAGS on darwin (for fink)
- add -L/sw/lib to LDFLAGS on darwin (for fink)
