Log message:
Fixed interferential effects with interlaced data by setting the correct
input frame format within the first register of VT1622.
Also disabled the deflicker filter. Picture is much sharper now,
but a stroboscobe still can't be achieved ;(
Print detected TV Encoder during initialization.
