Added IDirectFBSurface::BatchBlit() which increases pixel throughput
of many small blits with same source and destination, e.g. custom font
rendering like GTK+-DirectFB does.
Benchmarks (P3 800 MHz, G450 AGP, 1280x1024, 16bit)
