Only GT models have front end scaler -> no StretchBlit() for older models.
Only set DST_LAST_PEL bit for bresenham lines. It doesn't affect antyhing else.
Overlay source size is limited to 720x1024. It's actually 768x1024 for 3D Rage (LT)
Pro but we can't tell the difference
from the accelerator ID :(
Fixed overlay source color keying.
Fixed overlay source cropping for planar formats.
Bumped driver version to 0.7.
