- Dropped I420/YV12 support for old chips.
- NV12/NV21 Blit() for >= G200.
- NV12/NV21 StretchBlit() for >= G400.
- Accelerated I420/YV12/NV12/NV21 FillRectangle().
- Separated all planar stuff to their own functions.
- Tried to make CheckState() functions a bit better looking.
