Big acceleration code update:
- Scaler/3D acceleration now works on older GT chips. Tested on Rage II+
and IIC.
- Splitted SetState() to GX/CT/VT and GT variants.
- Added scaler source size check. Limits found empirically.
- Removed explicit fast fill/block write code. Use the automatic feature
found in 3D Rage Pro and newer chips instead.
- ARGB4444 support for GT chips.
