Fixed Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y on qwertz layouts when linux_input is used,
i.e. don't use the key identifier but the key symbol.
The linux_input driver does it right by sending DIKI_Y for DIKS_SMALL_Z.
This should be fixed in the keyboard driver which does it wrong.
