Added IDirectFBVideoProvider::SetPlaybackFlags(),
IDirectFBVideoProvider::SetSpeed(),
IDirectFBVideoProvider::GetSpeed() (preplace trick mode methods).
Added IDirectFBScreen::GetSize(): fast way to detect screen size
without the need of scanning layers in search of the underlay
(usefull when working with overlays).
